• Account & Billing: name, email, password (hashed), plan details, and payment metadata via our processor (e.g., Stripe). We don’t store full card numbers.
• Customer Content: product photos, prompts, generated images, and related metadata you choose to upload or create.
• Usage & Device Data: logs, IP, timestamps, pages, approximate location, and cookies/analytics used for service operation and security.
• Communications: support messages and marketing preferences.

3) How We Use Data

• Provide, secure, and maintain the Service.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Generate images and run model inference on your behalf.
• Send product updates or marketing emails (opt-in, easy opt-out).
• Improve features and fix issues using aggregate analytics.

4) Subprocessors & Sharing

We use trusted third-party processors to provide essential functionality — such as hosting, authentication, payments (Stripe), analytics, and AI model inference (e.g., Replicate, OpenAI). Only necessary data is shared, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Essential cookies are used to operate the site. We may use analytics to understand product performance. Optional cookies (if any) will require your consent per region laws.

Transactional and billing emails are required to operate your account. Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed anytime via email link or account settings.

7) Customer Content & Generated Images

• Your uploads and generated images remain yours. We process them only to deliver the Service.
• Commercial use: Allowed for subscribers, subject to third-party rights.
• No NSFW: Sexually explicit or pornographic content is strictly prohibited.
• Marketing use: We never use private outputs in marketing without your explicit consent.
• Public demo: Demo images may be public — don’t upload sensitive material.

Personal data and Customer Content are retained as long as needed for service delivery or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account, which we’ll honor subject to legal and operational limits.

We take reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure. We continuously improve safeguards to protect your data.
